As we’ve been working on our farm property, we have made multiple improvements. David and Hannah have been right beside dad and I. We have cleaned, cleared, fenced, pitched, built and painted most of what can now be seen. It has been a work of love. My favorite mark on the farm, however, is what the kids left behind. After dad and David poured a concrete entry pad, dad invited the kids to write their initials and date in it. David and Hannah were filled with so much joy, as they engraved their artwork for a permanent stamp on the farm. I hope there are many generations that enjoy its significance.
